Rubber Chicken Cards allows subscribers to add addresses from their email clients, such as Google Gmail, Yahoo, and others. We have a simple tool, using Cloudsponge, that allows the subscriber access to their own collections of emails to transport to their private Rubber Chicken Card email system.
The emails transferred are for the use of the subscriber only. Rubber Chicken Cards does not access these emails for any promotional use or to sell to third parties. They are for the exclusive use of the subscriber to send greeting cards.
Rubber Chicken Cards collects two types of data on your behalf. First, when you sign up for a subscription, we collect credit card data through our processor, Recurly. That information is encrypted with all GDPR compliance.
We also collect your email address, Name (that you give us), and the addresses of people you send to in order to have them available to you when you with to send again. We do not collect these email addresses for the purpose of marketing your data to a third party. Your acceptance of our newsletter is up to you, as there is no auto opt in feature. if you wish to release yourself from the email list, simply click on the link at the bottom of any email and we will remove you or write us at henhouse@rubberchickencards.com
Some people have a number of accounts with us. Each email address is treated separately. If the client asks to be taken off the list we do so for that email address.
If a subscriber wants us to delete all information and data within their account, a simple note to henhouse@rubberchickencards.com will create that action.
